The excuse I hear the most from people is: I have no time to work out. I am soooooo busy. Who isn't really? The people who find the time to workout end up with more time on their hands. I know it sounds weird but when you make it a priority everything else just falls into place. If you come first thing in the morning you have a chance to get your head straight and get your blood pumping carrying precious oxygen to your brain. It will give you the energy to make it through your day with a smile on your face. If you come in the evening it's time to blow off steam from your day, no need to carry it home with you. Leave it at the gym. Fit it in. You'll find you will be much happier and healthier for it. It's not just for your body but your spirit too.
