People seem to pay attention to what they are eating. But do you know what you are drinking is packing on the calories and sugar as well. When you go to reach for that soda, juice, coffee, think about the calories and sugar they contain. Then maybe opt for water instead, or try cutting back on the sugar you are putting in your coffee. Sometimes it just takes being a little more aware of what you are putting in your body to actually REALIZE what you are putting in your body!! Here's an example from Foodio54 Blog:
